Do you accept commissions?
I am currently not accepting personal commissions.
Do you do custom orders?
Everything currently available on the shop’s catalog is all that is there to currently offer at any given time. Product sizes and variations are fixed.
If you are interested in bundles or special gift box options, or are a wholesaler interested in purchasing product, you must email me firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss special pricing deals.
Do have “___” clothing size?
PeckNOrder believes in the inclusivity of ensuring all sizes are available based on customer interest and needs, so I encourage everyone to answer this fit and sizing interest survey to ensure stock will always accurately reflect that. If your size is currently is not available, I am sorry for this inconvenience and will definitely take note of what you need in a next restock based on the information you may provide me.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices entirely rely on the size, weight, and final destination of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped out within a 3–5 day turnaround. Please refer to your provided tracking information for estimated delivery times. For international orders, please expect an additional 2–3 weeks for delivery.
I placed an order, but provided an incorrect shipping address. Can I correct this?
All orders are shipped out within a 3–5 day turnaround. If the order has not shipped yet, please contact PeckNOrder to correct the shipping address. If the order has already shipped, PeckNOrdcer is not liable to replace to make an order replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.
If your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. Once an order has shipped out, PeckNOrder is not responsible for delays or other issues that may in part be the responsibility of the shipping service provider.
Something is wrong with the order I received. Can you please fix it?!
